Regional Technician & Training Specialist

The Regional Technician & Training Specialist for Texas and the Southwest is responsible for providing hands-on installation and service repairs within Texas and the Southwest region as the market is being developed and will evolve to be more heavily weighted on product training on installation and service to other service organizations established.

Sales & Service Coordinator
Location: Rosemont, IL
The Sales & Service Coordinator is an Inside Sales role. This individual is responsible for responding to all levels of customer inquiries and leads to advance the sales process and assist in achieving opportunity-based sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will conduct order entry, check order status, respond to service inquiries and escalate to ensure resolution. They will be responsible for managing and responding to live website chat and to follow-up on leads and assist the sales team to reach business targets through phone and email sales using Salesforce.
